This is a photo I took in Sidi Bou Said town during my visit to Tunisia in 2018. I edited the picture in Lightroom and did some fixes in Photoshop to make it look more appealing and presentable. Then I used the picture to create a poster of a movie of my creation.

Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll was an integral part of my childhood due to the fanciful nature this magical world. The overly playful nature of Alice in Wonderland offered me a broad colour scheme to play with and create a truly unique book cover.
My rational in creating this book cover was to draw away from the popularized colourful imagery associated with Alice and Wonderland, and focus instead of the dark distinctive mischievous grin of the Cheshire Cat character. One of its distinguishing features is that from time to time its body disappears, the last thing visible is its iconic grin.
